Refund Policy

At Dance For You, we want you to love your dancewear and accessories. If something isn’t quite right, please review our refund policy below.

Returns Eligibility

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must be free from marks, odours, makeup, or damage

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Tights, underwear, or intimate items

  • Earrings or pierced jewellery

  • Any item marked as final sale or non-returnable

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@danceforyou.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as Dance For You cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@danceforyou.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, and cover return postage where applicable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider

  • Contact your card issuer

  • If the issue persists, contact us at info@danceforyou.co.uk
